Shipping, Returns & Replacement Policy

1. Corporate & Trademark Notice

Dimorra Club® is a brand owned and operated by LARD Tales Private Limited.

All trademarks, product designs, images, graphics, text, and website content are the exclusive intellectual property of the Company and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.


2. Shipping & Delivery

  • All Dimorra Club products are carefully prepared and may require 25–30 working days for processing and delivery.

  • Orders will be shipped via DHL or any other courier service deemed appropriate by the Dimorra Club team.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, weather conditions, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.


3. No Returns & No Refunds

All sales made through Dimorra Club are final.

We do not offer returns or refunds once an order has been placed and payment has been successfully processed.


4. Toys, DIY Kits & Accessories – Replacement Policy

All toys, DIY kits, and accessories are carefully inspected before dispatch and are not eligible for return or exchange except in cases where the product is received damaged or defective.

We do not accept replacements based on:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect selection by the customer

  • Color or design preference

  • Minor packaging wear caused during shipping


5. Damaged-on-Arrival (DOA) Claims

If your item arrives damaged, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Record an Unboxing Video

  • Begin recording before opening the package.

  • Continue recording without interruption until the damaged item is clearly visible.

Step 2: Report Within 24 Hours of Delivery

Please contact us with:

  • Order number

  • Unboxing video

  • Clear photograph of the shipping label

  • Photos showing the damage

Step 3: Quality Review

Our team will review the evidence within 48 business hours.

Claims submitted after the specified time period, edited videos, or incomplete documentation may result in rejection of the claim. The decision of Dimorra Club regarding replacement eligibility shall be final.


6. Replacement Policy

If the claim is approved:

  • A like-for-like replacement will be sent whenever possible.

  • If the same product is unavailable, we may offer:

    • A comparable product of equal value; or

    • Store credit for future purchases.

No monetary refunds, charge reversals, or cash reimbursements will be provided.
